At one time, a bachelors degree was not required, but the science and math requirements were such that the vast majority of student entering dental school had a bachelors degree.
I am not aware of any United States dental schools that do not require a bachelors degree. There may be some that don't formally require the degree, but I doubt it. My alma mater, NYU College of dentistry requires it. Your best bet is to go on the website for the dental schools you may be interested in. They will almost certainly list the entrance requirements. For instance, doing a google search for "entrance requirements for NYU College of Dentistry will point you to this page:

You do not need a Bachelor of Science degree in order to qualify for dental school. Here is a website that explains the requirements:

Most dentists in the US have obtained a bachelor's degree prior to entering dental school. There are very stringent math and science requirements that need to be fulfilled prior to entry into a dental program. You will need to take the MCAT exam - medical college admissions test.
