How do you get started creating your own dance studio?

Double major in Dance and Business. If you're going to own your own studio you'll need to know how to run a business as well as being well versed in terpsichore (dance).

Owning a dance studio, unless you're already quite wealthy, is a costly investment and has to be well run in order to make money and keep students.

Have you talked to the owner of the studio where you currently train? If not, why not?! Make an appointment with her/him to discuss it!

Maybe they'll let you work in the office and see what's involved?
