Jamie’s Answer

As an employee of a business you may have one or more job responsibilities, but when you're running a business you become the backstop for anything and everything that may arise during the course of business, whether that involves communicating with patients and insurance companies to resolve billing disputes, scheduling employee shifts, scheduling patient visits, or ensuring the quality of the orthodontics being administered to patients (among many other things). One of the largest challenges I would envision is understanding and adapting to the role you need to play to make the business successful, and deciding what tasks can be delegated to the employees within the business to make it successful without burning yourself out.
