What kind of degree would compliment someone who is going into house reality?
I plan on becoming a realtor and am not sure what degree I should get. I know a degree is not required for reality, but I would like to get as much beneficial education as possible. I do not know what major or degree would better me. I have heard many different answers from family and friends, but I would really like professional help. Most Business Degrees will be helpful for understanding how to operate your own business, which being a Broker really is. Those degrees and Economics Degrees will also give you the background to constantly evaluate the local and national economies which are also a big part of staying successful through different cycles in the market. Marketing and Advertising are also great tools to pick up along the way. Of course, these days, all businesses rely on efficient and effective computer skills. Database management and basic office software are good fundamentals.
