Evi’s Answer

Hello,

This is a very brought question, but I'll start by giving you the 2 jobs I combine.
My day job is being a Project Manager for the European Institutions and NATO. In this job I get to do daily planning, work out new structures on technical, financial and legal level, develop my personal planning skills, .....
M secondary job has nothing to do with this. I run a shop where I sell my crochet creations I make during my spare time. https://www.facebook.com/vanvie.be/ This ofcourse has everything to do with creativity, relaxing hobby and doing what you like to do.

For what it's worth, I hope this is a good reply.

Best of luck.
Grtz

Susan’s Answer

I am from the Corporate escalations team. We handle escalations from different levels and talk with different types of customers who have already spoken with the front line teams and are not satisfied with the resolution. They reach us and we resolve their issues to the best we can according to the policies and procedures.

Rohan’s Answer

I handle Executive escalations. We provide resolution to the customers who are highly escalation and provide quick resolutions as per Dell policy terms and conditions. Its a challenging job to talk to highly unhappy customers and match their pace and give proper resolution. This is way how you satisfy your customers.

I'm responsible for Online Customer Experience across EMEA (Europe) and also dealing with Alienware online queries. Online customer experience means our job is to ensure that Dell customers once they visit the site will get the best navigation experience to have a smooth purchase. To help our customers we do use their feedback to fix / improve and simplify the purchase process.

Kendra’s Answer

Hi Javonte,

I love your question. When I was in school and trying to plan for my future, it was difficult to figure out what I wanted to do because I didn't know what careers were out there.

I work for a tech company in the Silicon Valley as a Business Systems Anaylst. Business Systems Analyst is an umbrella title for me, but the bulk of what I do is based around data analytics.

Data analytics focuses around taking large amounts of data and turn it into meaningful insights for business leaders.

I chose this field because I always enjoyed solving puzzles or brain teasers and my job is essentially solving complex puzzles.

My educational background is in Information Systems (which I highly recommend!) which focuses on how business uses computers/systems to improve business processes, but people in my field have come from Math, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, etc...

Hopefully, this information helps.

Kendra
