Most horse trainers start by gaining hands-on experience working with horses every day. This can include volunteering or working at stables, taking riding lessons, and learning from experienced trainers. Many also study equine science or animal care, although a college degree isn't always required. Building strong knowledge of horse behavior, patience, communication skills, and a good reputation are key to becoming a successful horse trainer.

Depending on where you live I would look up local ranches/farms that are larger that may need assistance and reach out to them letting them know your interest in taking care of horses, a lot of times they'll need help and they will take the time to train you if you show them you're dedicated and hard working. That will help you get your foot in the door and will open up more opportunities from you.
