What matters more for a job: grades, what school you attended, or clinical skills?

I am a part of a brand new nursing program and it's not accredited yet, but hopefully will be. I am thinking to the future and trying to find out what possible employers are looking for. Grades will get you in the door, your skills will get you the job. I think the most important think is skills. It's what sets you apart and what really matters in the end.
