You need to get a bachelor in marketing, join a company, work hard, get experience, rise up the ranks, and maybe get an MBA.

Its very difficult to be hired as a manager in marketing sector. Marketing is a very vast field, and if you want to get into this sector, then i advise you to take CAT/MAT/XAT/GMAT and study M.B.A from any of the top colleges. There are some skills that are really important if you want to grow., viz., Communication skills, presentation skills, Analysis through Excel etc.
