Hey! There are tons of ways to improve oneself as a doctor but the most important one is to adapt yourself with current trends. Once you get into Healthcare, the learning never stops. You need to constantly be aware of the research that is ongoing and keep learning and relearning. Just like any other human, doctors also make mistakes. But the important thing is to accept it, learn from it and then try not to repeat it.
