That is a awesome question. I would say, coming up with your own business. Or finding that one company that believes in you and your ideas and options. Once you find someone you enjoy then you will work harder to make it successful and in return you will be successful in all parts of your life.

For example; I work for Disney and I LOVE the company in general. They treat me like I am special and that my opinions matter. Even though so many other people work for the company I still feel that they take the time to make sure I make my dream come true. This is rare in companies.
