Katya’s Answer

Hi Kendel, it all depends on how you want to run your real estate business. From the beginning I think it’s good to explore both options and understand what pro and cons working on either side. As an individual contributor of course you have more gains but working in a team can help you work with other team members, get support if you are just starting out, create networks and ask questions when in doubt. Personally, I think it depends on what market you are covering, what is the potential, what are your personal and professional goals - ask yourself these questions and write them down. Best regards

Laura’s Answer

Both really. Real Estate agents are typically part of a larger team and they work independently of that team with clients. However; they leverage their team for advice when they are not as experienced in certain areas/types of sales.
