My recommendation would be Duolingo and finding a friend who speaks that language to practice conversing with the. Additionally, make sure to dedicate time to it to learn at a good pace. Good luck!

If you are consistent with learning, you will learn fast in a very practical way. The key is being consistent. Spend a good 30mins - 1 hour every day.
Then you do assignments, learn to listen and speak and gradually level up!
