how to get motivation?
I have none. I think building a youtube channel would be fun but I don't have the motivation to do it. #motivation

The drive that can keep you going is internal motivation.
You don't need to take everyone's opinion as important things.
It's your life to live.
If the youtuber is what you really want to be, you should share the things you like rather than trendy stuff.
There's always someone stronger than you.
What keep you fighting will be what you love and believe.

Hi Kaden,
I totally get this! One big way to build motivation is to build long and short-term goals. If you think ahead 5 years, 10 years, 20 years and think about what you'd want your career or youtube channel to look like, how much money you want to make, where you want to live, etc.. it will help you get motivated now and make sure your constantly working towards the future you want.
If thinking too far ahead isn't motivating (it's abstract and some people don't find that helpful), try making short-term goals like.. I'd really like to get to 100 subscribers, or I want to make $100 off of youtube, or even I want to have fun with it for 3 months and if nothing comes of it or I don't enjoy it I'll end it. Working towards a big goal like "a youtube channel" can be hard for your mind to grasp, and therefore may cause a lack of motivation. Small goals with short time limits will keep you feeling like your moving forward and will help with motivation.
Lastly, if you're not motivated to start a youtube channel then maybe that's not the right path? I heard a saying a long time ago that said talks about a mentor who made his mentee walk out in the water until he was drowning. The mentee said, "I can't breathe! What's the point of this?" and the mentor said "I want you to remember this feeling. In this moment all you want is to breathe, it feels like life or death. Until you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, you'll never find success." This story is meant to show you that motivation is a key indicator of success. If your not motivated to start a youtube channel, try searching through your other passions and think of something that you are motivated to do, something you'd want to do and succeed in as bad as breathing. (I know it's extreme but it's just an interesting story (: )

Great question. First, you have to find the passion you have inside you for what you are looking to do. Ask yourselves questions like
What is it about youtube I like
Who will my audience be
What will you get out of this
Are you excited about his
Set a daily goal. Once you master that goal, set another goal and continue
