The crock pot is your best friend. An easy meal for me is chicken and noodles. I cook four chicken breast with two cans of chicken broth and two cans cream of chicken one stick of butter for 7 hours, add salt and pepper for taste. After the chicken is cooked shred the chicken and add 24oz of frozen noodles cook for 2 hours and its done. Really easy and good. I serve it with mashed potato's.

Personally, I like to cook water-boiled eggs.
Just need to boil some waters then put the eggs into the pot for around 4mins.
Then take the shell out, and add some salts.
It's healthy and tasty.

My go to easy to cook dish is roasted broccoli. Preheat oven at 475 degree. Spread washed and dried bite size broccoli on a baking sheet and coat them with olive oil. Roast for 5-6 minutes. When you see some charred, they are ready. Take out from oven, sprinkle sea salt, lemon juice and grated pecorino romano cheese.
