From nothing to millions... most are struggling to get by but in a good market and with a company of solid values and culture profits can be huge and along with them the intangibles of a fulfilling career, satisfied repeat customers and a caring workforce.

My friend has a company that does window installations. He makes around $100k. But it does depend a lot on the season and economy cycles.

He also has frequent back pains, so do consider the health risks of the job too.
