I like to do research and take free courses I can find related to my job so I can use my new acquired learning to practice and keep it fresh.

Get involved with the local trade organizations. They can let you know about any upcoming conferences where you can see the latest developments and innovations in the industry as well as expanding your network of contact. There are free trade magazine that you can get as well.

I make sure I do my due diligence such as researching anything new about my craft. I also take classes just so I can make sure I’m giving my clients what they like and each time the experience gets better and better.
