There are a few different types of grants and funding that may be available to help start a daycare center. One option is to check with your state government to see if there are any grants or funding available specifically for daycare centers. Another option is to research private foundations that may offer grants or funding for new daycare centers. Most general grants designed for non-profits would likely consider you for a grant if you prove your commitment, that you are qualified to run the daycare, and that the project/program would be a benefit to society.

Hello Quanicia, yes there is some funding available for daycares, there are government you can apply for. All the information you need will be on the website, it will also tell you what the qualifications are in order to be approved. You can also apply for religious exceptions there aren't any grants that I know of or funding but if you are under the church most of the fees are excepted which is a very large amount of money. Go to the website about opening a business under religious exemption and get the information about what you need to have to open a business. Best of luck
