What book would be helpful if i want to make computer games

What disciplines are you looking into? If you are doing game design: The Art of Game Design: A Book of Lenses by Jesse Schell is pretty good. If you are looking for game development, I would suggest you to look for classes/workshops to take. There are some that's really good and provide a good overview on game development. Which area are you in? maybe I can help you locate some.
