Practice everyday and try your best to send an email with a video of how you play to the cricket team you are trying to reach and if you are still in school then look at sport scholarships and keep googling the answers are all over the internet. And you can always gain a head start by opening a youtube account and using your family and community to help grow your channel.

Try reaching out to nearest cricket academy and gain professional training. If you already have professional training it is great, reach out to your trainer and gain knowledge about different Cricket boards. What is their acceptance criteria and other requirements ?
