Kris’s Answer

The most boring part is the budgeting. Any major project requires funding and scheduling and budgeting. This can involve some serious playing politics to obtain grants. It can also involve a lot of paperwork tracking a lot of data.

The most exciting part is seeing a project go from concept to completion. Its most exciting when you are working in a team that works well together. All large projects require multiple people to make it happen. Working well with others is extremely important. Good communication is key to the success of a project. Projects I have completed include multiple bridges, plant treatment processes, and a five bay fire station - first of its kind in our region with individual dorm rooms for each firefighter.
