Where can find good classes on nutritional business?
I am becoming a nutrition coach and would like to take some nutritional business classes

Hello, Rachel !
A career as a Nutritionist is so needed, fun and interesting and I am happy to see that you are on your way already to a professional career. I have some advice for you and it may not be as confusing or difficult for your type of business. You are getting a good education now, so let's talk about the business end.
You can do some of these plans for your business before your get certified so that you can have your promotional materials and a plan for networking in place. Although there may not specifically be a nutritional oriented business course per se, and with your current education this may still be covered, here are some things you can do.
Being a nutritionist is really like any private business. You will want clients. You can get business cards made up as well as flyers. You will most likely need to go on website Directory lists and even think about print advertising so people know about you. After you are Licensed, ask your school about what happens with medical insurance reimbursement. That is if you will have your RD or RDN. Most likely you will sign up with the medical insurances for reimbursement. If you are not going for your RDN and it's a private school based on alternative nutrition, I do believe that you would have to be private pay. You will still need some advertising materials in either case.
Attend health fairs, visit natural food stores (they sometimes let people display their business cards or flyers), conferences and presentations in order to network. Consider if you want to rent an office space, do home visits, destination visits and consider telehealth which is remote visits with clients. You can do all of this to accommodate the people you will be serving. So, it's basically not a question of having to take a business course or a nutritional business class, it's basically you setting up your business the way you want. But I am sure that towards the end of your education, the business end will be discussed. If you are not sure, definitely ask your professors about that. You can always look on line for a basic new business set up tutorial or you can take a formal business course at a college, it's up to you.
I think that the most important thing you will want to concentrate on is the networking aspect and getting people to know you are out there with a fine nutritional service. Register at Linked In and put yourself on there as a professional. List yourself on the directory HealthProfs as a nutritionist. I left a link for you below to see how others have done this.

There are some basic courses on Udemy but you can also sign up for 6-8 week Nutrition and Food Health courses in Cornel, UC-San Diego, Rutgers, Harvard etc.
