Great acting starts with the inner desire to express your emotions and thoughts and memories, so other people, the audience, will relate. I would suggest to start with training with a teacher, whose criticisms and insights you trust. Then why not go home and express yourself before a mirror. When do you enjoy what you're expressing the most? On stage, your facial expressions and body gestures could be exaggerated. On film, please don't, unless you're working a satiric comedy. Next, start auditioning for local theater plays, and look around for local film auditioning for extras, maybe a side character? Then consider moving to Broadway for stage, or regional theaters. Consider moving to Los Angeles for film, TV and commercials. Also, consider moving to London or Vancouver, Canada. London has stage and film. Vancouver has a medium-size film industry. But be aware that afterwards, you could be abused for the fun and pleasure of men. Unfortunately, many friends were. Because they faced the raging bullies that still don't know that women never rape the men.
