Aaron’s Answer

I've always been fascinated by real estate ever since I watched my parents manage a rental property. When I was ready, it took me three attempts to pass the test, but I succeeded on the third try. Remember, never give up on your dreams! It took some time for me to sell my first home because I wasn't working in real estate full-time, but I still proudly work as a realtor on the side. My advice is to always market yourself and do it with professionalism. People won't know to use your services unless you let them know. Wishing you the best of luck!

Robert’s Answer

I started thinking I would be selling houses, but as I got more involved in real estate I realized I liked corporate real estate. Corporate real estate gave me a steady paycheck and a robust type of workload. I have friends who sell houses and don't mind the highs and lows of income that come with home sales.
