How can I switch my career?
"Hello! I'm a 24-year-old soon-to-be graduate from Law College, and I'm considering a career transition into the tech industry, specifically as a Data Analyst or Cloud Data Engineer. I currently reside in a tier 2 city and have been contemplating a move to tech-centric cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Pune for better exposure in this field. My plan is to enroll in 3 to 6 months of online courses to gain the necessary skills. Now, I'm faced with a decision: should I stay at home and take the online courses or should I move to one of the bigger cities and support myself financially by taking up part-time work while studying online? I'm seeking guidance on which option would be more beneficial for my career transition. Thank you!"

As others have mentioned, both options come with their own set of advantages and disadvantages. However, in my personal view, I believe that staying at home to complete your courses and search for a job might be the better choice.
By staying at home, you'll have more time and focus to dedicate to your studies, without having to stress about rent, food, and other expenses. Keep in mind that switching fields will require a considerable amount of hard work and determination.
In today's world, where everything is just a click away, you can truly benefit from staying at home and making the most of the available resources. So, go ahead and seize this opportunity to grow and succeed in your new career!

The value proposition and try analyse the job market and demand for those courses.
Next,please enrol yourself in free online learning portals, a lot of good advice is available for free from experts.Try connect via LinkedIn groups and Reddit communities
This will give you real world exposure to the use cases and problem solving that would be needed to get done in these roles.Help check your interest,knowledge,fitment for the same.
After assessing. these,try to attempt the courses online before you head out to a completely new place .Try for an online internship once you have finished the courses. After you have gained experience, you can think of your move.Thank You!

If it pleases you, there are opportunities where you can combine Law and technology and drive your career in that direction.
If you purely want to be a data analyst or cloud engineer, take free courses, and Ed-tech platforms or take certifications from Google, Microsoft or Oracle or Amazon etc. to kick start your career.
