Below are my suggestions :
1. Think about what you have interest, e.g. your hobbies, favorite subjects, etc. and identify the related careers.
E.g. If you are interest in Music, would you like to be a musician, musical actor, singer, music composer, music producer, etc.
If you have interest in Maths, would you like to be an accountant, banker, engineer, financial analyst, maths teacher, etc.
2. Find out more on these careers and determine what you have interest
3. Speak to someone who are working in these careers. Seek guidance from your mentor, parents, school career counsellor, etc.
4. Shortlist 1-2 career you would like pursue
5. Explore the entry criteria of relevant subjects in the college
6. Define career development plan upon college graduation

Great question! I would ask what are your asperations and end goals for your future, I would also ask what specific interests you have and natural talents you've obtained over the years. Most of all take your time in deciding while doing extensive research about what your interested in and what you ultimately want to accomplish. Life is too short to start a career your not fully satisfied with, so choose what will be most fulfilling to you.
