First of all, you should have a dream, understand what is important to you in life, what are your values and aspirations. Then it is necessary to challenge yourself and go through all the paths of difficulties and disappointments. If you have enough inner strength for not giving up, there will be a greater likelihood of successful results.

I would start out by figuring out what success means to you. Is it money, a car, and a house? Or, is it happiness and living debt-free? Then, once you can see what success looks like for you I would think about what makes you happy and what you enjoy doing. Take it one step at a time. Our life is a journey and one step takes us closer to the next step, but there are no wrong steps. Once you figure out what you're good at/interested in/or have fun doing see if you can get a job doing one of those things. Test it out and take it from there. New ideas and goals will come naturally, you don't have to force it.

This question is impossible to answer as written. What does "successful in life" mean to you? I guarantee I have a different definition, so what I do/did may not be relevant to you.

So, first, think about what you mean. What exactly determines success to you - money, popularity, stability, family...something else? Until you know what that is, you can't work towards achieving it.
