What are good resources outside of my Schooling?
I have been researching Electrical, Wastewater, and Construction Management on YouTube and Google, and I have not found good sources outside of schooling.

MIT OpenCourseWare (OCW) MIT OCW is a web-based publication of virtually all MIT course content. It's open and available to the world. You can find courses related to Electrical Engineering and Civil and Environmental Engineering.

LinkedIn Learning
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) website - The EPA's website has a wealth of information on water and wastewater management.
Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) - The CMAA offers a variety of online courses and webinars related to construction management.
The National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) - NECA provides online resources and training for those interested in electrical contracting.

I would suggest you look into classes on Project Management as well. There are free and low cost programs for studying construction project management, which might be a great basis for your career. The Project Management Institute (pmi.org) would be a good place to start for that,
