Hi Jill!

I went to the French Pastry School in Chicago and really enjoyed my experience. If you are looking for a broader culinary program that includes cooking savory foods, I would suggest looking into The Art Institute (my brother graduated from this program) and Johnson & Wales University (a co-worker graduated from here).
