You can do this in four years all you need to do is find a program that offers it otherwise you would need your masters.

A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required. You can work as an SLPA (speech language pathology assistant) with a Bachelor's Degree and some graduate credits.

Hello. In the US, the minimum degree required is a Master's Degree. You can be a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant SLPA with a Bachelor's Degree. As an assistant, there are restrictions to your duties and what jobs you can have.
