Lookout for apprenticeship opportunities as they pay. Also, working while learning programs permits students to earn salaries through their paid jobs while they are scholars.
Remote job opportunities might be easier for any location you are to work from, but your roles my gut involve my re of data analysis and evaluation of samples, remote sample collections, record keeping or data entry, and informatics.
Physical job opportunities involve more of laboratory practices and better if you work within your geographical area.
Surveying samples of diseases causing chemical substances, toxins and environmental contaminants and pollutants are some possible opportunities.

Hi there! It's fantastic that you're planning ahead and looking to gain field experience before graduating. To help you find a job as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or to start any search in any field, start by updating your resume and LinkedIn profile to highlight your relevant skills and experiences. Networking is crucial, so make sure to utilize your college's career services, (so many students do not use this service) and reach out to professors and alumni.

When searching for job listings, check online job boards and company websites for openings. Applying for internships and co-op programs can provide valuable experience and industry connections. Prepare for interviews by practicing common questions and showing enthusiasm for the field.

Consider part-time or volunteer positions to gain experience and expand your network. Your resume and cover letter for each job application, and follow up with a polite email or phone call to express your continued interest after applying.

These steps will help you find a field job before graduating. Good luck!

Hi Riya! Finding a field job before graduation is a great way to gain experience and improve your chances of landing a full-time role. Start by looking for internships, co-op programs, or part-time lab assistant positions at local companies, research institutions, or universities. Networking is key so reach out to professors, career advisors, and LinkedIn connections for opportunities. Websites like Indeed and Glassdoor or your college’s job portal which you should take advantage of can also help you find openings. Make sure to apply early! Good luck!

Start by creating a LinkedIn profile. Reach out to people who have similar experience and connect with them. Ask if they can share some of their experiences with you. Building these connections will help you stay in their thoughts when new roles become available.
