which are my career goals?

My goal is to find a career that allows me to be physically active instead of having to be in one place or having to do exactly the same thing every day. I like to try and do new and different things all the time and I would like to find a career that gives me that opportunity when I start practicing it.

Hi America,

I feel there are lots of careers that would allow you to be physically active. What else can you tell us about your interests and your talents?

A career in sports could keep you physically active. You could be a coach, a trainer, a team doctor or physical therapist. If you like animals, a vet is pretty active. So is a dog or a horse trainer. If you are science-inclined, geologists, environmental scientists, or biologists who work in the field are physically active. If you would rather learn a trade, roofers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters or gardeners are pretty active. Careers in hospitality or travel would keep you active, e.g. tour guides. Photography can keep you very active if you choose e.g. nature photography as a specialty.

I hope this helps for now. All the best to you!

Thank you for your question. Many students have similar question.
Below are my suggestions:
1. There are many careers that you can do creative or mobile, E.g. Travel Consultant, Escort Guide, Marketing, Advertising, Designers, etc. You can find out more online. Alternatively, you can start with what you have interest, e.g. your hobbies, favourite subjects, etc. and identify the related careers.
E.g. If you like music, would you like to be a musician, singer, musical artist, music composer, music producer, etc.
If you have interest in maths, would you like to be an accountant, engineer, banker, financial analyst, maths teacher, etc.
2. Find out more on these careers and determine what you have interest
3. Speak to someone who are working in these careers. Seek guidance from your mentor, school career counsellor, your parents, etc.
4. Shortlist 1-2 careers you would like to pursue
5. Explore the entry criteria of relevant subjects in colleges
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
May Almighty God bless you!
