Hi Olivia,
College is an exciting yet challenging time. To balance your studies and personal life, focus on "flexible management" and "self-care." Start by sorting out what's important: schoolwork, social life, health, and hobbies. Then, plan your week using "time blocks." For example, you could study in the morning, join club activities, and save an hour in the afternoon or evening for exercise or relaxing.
Here are a few tips: First, learn to say "no"—you don't have to join every group. Second, use short breaks wisely. You can reply to important messages or do a quick workout in 15 minutes between classes. Also, reserve one day a week as a "self-recharge day" to do what you love.
The key is to stay flexible. If your plan gets off track one day, don't stress—just adjust it. It's not about being perfect, but finding a balance that feels right for you. Keep trying different things, and you'll find what works best!

Hi Olivia,
Balancing your personal life with a college career can be challenging. But first things first. Your health will always be a priority in life, mentally and physically. Attending college and receiving a degree will prepare you for your future. Focus on your studies and socialize with reservation. You have to be disciplined and willing to sacrifice to acquire your dream. Elementary teachers are the best. You are the beginning of education. As the old saying goes, if you can read, write, and count, thank your teacher.
