Antuane’s Answer

I wish I would have taken Economics. I did have to take it for my MBA, but I wish I had taken it as an undergrad to get a more full understanding as a foundation. It probably would have helped my own financial understanding a lot sooner.

Jared’s Answer

When I went to college, I specifically went to a Tech School to avoid taking classes that were not specific to my degree. I would encourage you to take anything you have an interest in for starters. If I could do it all over again, I would have taken more math classes and other classes that would apply to my interest in life. College will present challenges and life experience that is irreplaceable and by taking advantage of something that interests you it will help with your success.

I specifically earned my degree in computer programming and would have liked to add more classes that were outside of just technology. Courses around learning another language or world studies to expand your knowledge are great options.

Partner with a guidance counselor
Get a course catalog from the school you plan to attend.
