I’m in healthcare, there’s a lot of things that can happen along the way to any career path. It can be personal, financial, mental, or emotional issues that can make your time at school or work feel difficult and overwhelming. The best advice is always have something to talk to that is trustworthy. Be patient and honest with yourself. Ask yourself if you might need some time to yourself to recover or if it’s something you want to push through with support. Remember that it’s okay to put yourself first, especially when it comes to your health. Prioritize your wellbeing and take things one step at a time. Once you do that, it will be easier to focus work through any obstacle.
