I'm interested in being a physical therapist, possibly for athletes, which science class should I take?

Great question, most classes will help prepare you, but most likely you will also need to also take them at the college level. Listed below are not science per say but extremely helpful.
-Human Biology
-Human Anatomy
-Physics - math is how our bodies work
- medical Latin
Art - because you need to take care of yourself.
