Can I start pursuing CS with a 5-year law programme from the 4th year instead of the 1st?

I'm in my second semester of 5 year BA law programme. I just came across CS and wanted to pursue it to strengthened my degree. I was thinking to go for it in my fourth year as the subs for law school will be less, do you think this would be fine or should I apply earlier because I think it would be a little difficult to manage it now.
