how do i get my content (animations) out in the public?

I have made some stop-motion animations and I was curious how I get people to see it and get it noticed. #art #animation

You could post the videos to both Vimeo and YouTube, but I would consider trying to get a username that is the same for both if possible. Vimeo is much more arts oriented video site, but YouTube obviously has more viewing. I recommend doing both because you have the opportunity to get both industry and common populace exposure.

Also consider getting a Tumblr or Wordpress account that you can use to embed the videos in and use as your portfolio.

There are a lot of ways to reach out to the public and show them your work. This is a common challenge that a lot of animation students face. Because students don't know how to show off their work, or are too nervous about open criticism, they just don't publish their work.

I would recommend setting up accounts on sites like Facebook, Twitter, instagram, LinkedIn, etc. than start a YouTube channel, as well as a Vimeo Playlist. Post your on both sites, and post links to your videos on every social media site you've set up an account in.

I hope this comment really helps you out.

Check out filmfreeway.com

Also, if you are extremely proud of them and think they are worth the world seeing, then send them to distribution companies like Universal, Paramount, etc.
