It is an incredibly rewarding healthcare career with great pay, and it is a field that is growing very quickly.When you are looking at colleges, the most important thing to check is that the program is CAAHEP-accredited (Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs). This ensures the school meets the national standards for sonography education and allows you to easily sit for your certification exams after graduation without jumping through extra hoops.Here is a look at some of the best programs out there to help you kick off your college search, based on national rankings and including some fantastic options specifically in the San Francisco Bay Area!
