Abraham’s Answer
Hey Desmond, being a hard worker relates to your future career because it shows that you are dedicated, responsible, and willing to put in the effort needed to reach your goals. The strengths you already have, along with the strengths you continue to develop, such as perseverance, communication, and adaptability, will help you succeed in your chosen career. These qualities are part of your identity capital because they represent the skills, experiences, and personal traits that make you valuable. As you continue to grow and gain new experiences, you will continue building your identity capital, which can open new opportunities and help you become someone others can depend on.
