The strengths you already have, along with the strengths you continue to develop, such as perseverance, communication, and adaptability, will help you succeed in your chosen career. These qualities are part of your identity capital because they represent the skills, experiences, and personal traits that make you valuable. As you continue to grow and gain new experiences, you will continue building your identity capital, which can open new opportunities and help you become someone others can depend on.

Thank you for your question. Harding working is vital for all careers.
Below are my suggestions :
1. Identify career(s) you have interest
2. Explore the entry criteria of the relevant courses abd training forbtge careers
3. Work hard on the academic to meet criteria
4. Upon graduation, work hard on the job to perform
In addition to work hard, work smart as well
