ETB Community Training: Local Education and Training Boards in Ireland often offer free community cooking classes like "Healthy Food Made Easy". You can find these on FETCH Courses. Even if you're not familiar with Ireland, you can still learn a lot by volunteering or using resources like the public library. The internet also provides endless free knowledge. I suggest writing down your goals and the steps needed to achieve them. This can help turn your dreams into a clear plan. You don't always need money for courses; with a little research, you might find scholarships or free programs offered by businesses. I hope this advice encourages you!
