GLORY’s Answer

The struggles that the Dentist avoids... so dealing with patient compliance is probably the biggest!! First patients keeping up with appointments, arriving on time, accepting guidelines as presented and also working with a competent dentist is important.

Delilah’s Answer

Hello Andrea. I'm still doing what I love. It's now been 25 yes in this fast pace industry. No matter where you work or start your career, it has to be a right fit for you. I've run into places that are not very functional or friendly. Remember, it's a high pace working environment. Whether it's a general office or specialty, you should not struggle with finding assistance with things, people should always be helpful and ready to help you. Doctors and staff should be supportive and never blame or bad mouth the assistant. Sometimes it take a second to find that forever dental home and family.
