Each company offers different benefits.

I have cheap insurance, vision, dental and life

Have a 401k in which the company matches $1 for $1 up to 10% of my check.


Unions you pay dues and have other benefits

Depending on the company you work for benefits vary. You have medical, prescription plans, eye plans. As well as some type of retirement whether 401k, pension, life insurance. But it truly comes down to what the company you choose offers. There are some that do not offer anything then some offer everything then the ones that offer everything in between
