Hope you are doing Good.!

Im not sure about others but i came across below challenges when i started my career as a IT engineer:

  • Not having the career conversation sooner
  • Having the right relationships and mentors
  • Not understanding how the “game” was being played and what it would take to get promoted
  • Too Many choices on what to learn next or what to expertise

But i feel if you are focused you can tackle all of these and move forward :)

I'm in the wireless technology industry and my biggest challenge is how fast technology evolves. Every day brings something new, but it keeps me relevant. The whole world of 5G is going to be a game changer and we hardly know all of the new doors that will open in the technology world with this next generation.

The biggest challenge I've faced in my career, and actually it happens time to time, is to make sure that I am moving on the right direction, the one that fits better with my strengths and internal motivations. I feel more and more that we need to make a consistent and constant auto reflection on our professional path and not be afraid of making route corrections doesn't matter your age.
