Robin’s Answer

Being a counselor can be an emotionally exhausting career. While it can also be very rewarding, it can also lead to burn out. Depending on the specialty, there is the possibility to work with violent clients. While there are tactics to use in difficult situations, you should be aware that other careers may not have the same likelihood of encountering that type of situation.
