Here are a few links to Glassdoor and Linkedin Salary which are great resources for figuring out the highest salary with location for your desired field.

I have included direct links to "Robotics Engineer" salaries for both:

Looks like based on the LinkedIn salary page, San Francisco, CA would be the place to be for the highest job rate.
