With 10+2 in MBiPC, you have a lot of Options. But Important is what do you want to to?
Medical , Engineering, B.Sc Physics / Chemistry / Biology/ Bio-tech / Computers/ Zoology/ Forensic Science / BBA / B.Sc Psychology.

It depends on your major..if you are majoring in commerce, whole world like Chartered accountant , Banking etc are waiting for you.
If you graduate in science, fields like medicine, engineering, architectural engineering , nuclear engineering etc are waiting for you
If you love music, world involving studio recording artists etc are waiting for you.

So pursue what you love and are good at,
