The most rewarding part about being a career advisor and event planner is the reward of helping others with their careers and special moments. When you feel like like your job is challenging and rewarding, it brings you to a place of enjoyment, always understanding that it's not a perfect job, there will be ups and downs, but those don't deter you from pushing forward and continue providing quality work.

You start liking your career when you are enjoying your work and get rewarded for your work
The most I like about my career is getting to work on what I like, Company work culture,Understanding and supportive colleagues
Good career growth is an important factor with rewards and recognition.
Start doing the work you love and you will never feel the stress

I like that I get to travel, meet new folks and learn new ways to do the same thing! Because I travel for work, though not lately, I can take information I learned in one part of the country to another part and help those teams be more efficient and effective.
