I am a radiologist. Eventually, computers will be as good or better than humans at image interpretation. I foresee a time, when a computer processes an CT or MRI and sends a report to the doctor with findings and recommendations without a radiologist viewing the study.

i am very excited to see evidence based medicine really blossoming with the easy access to technology. For example, there is not a standard treatment for every patient with generic problems. We are able to input specific data and get more effective treatment more efficiently. Also, health professionals are more easily able to share information and avoid repeating tests.
