Neuroscience programs are centered around studying the brain. Neuroscience is basically a mix of psychology and biology. (My wife has a degree in neuroscience.)

Do you mean from a medical perspective and helping people recover from physical or mental issues.? Or political science.? Think about your end goal as medical and physcology are both paths you may take, Good luck
