If that freelance work which you did was relevant to the work you are applying for, then you can mention it on your Resume!

Absolutely! Under "other experience" or "related skills" or "additional work experience". It will show that you can take on extra work, or that you are good at projects... If is it unrelated to your current emoloyment goal it could still help if the skills are transferable, or if the company you worked for is desirable in some way...
